| Dr.Schwartz is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine (D.M.D., 1998) and Rutgers University (B.A. 1993). He completed a "General Practice Residency" (GPR) at the Peninsula Hospital Dental Department in 1999 and was appointed "associate attending" where he continued as an instructor. Dr. Schwartz split his time between instruction at Peninsula and practicing as an associate in New York City before establishing his Nutley practice in May 2004. He is a member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry. Outside of dentistry he is a musician, a member of the Nutley Chamber of Commerce- where he recently received an award for his involvement- and the Clifton Road Runners Club. He especially enjoys visiting his 99 year-old grandfather in New York City, who still plays violin with his "musician buddies" and says having interests and keeping active is one of the things that keeps him alive. |
